By accessing our website, purchasing our hardware, or using the Zing Airspace Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website, products, or services.

2. Description of Service

Zing provides drone detection hardware, Remote ID broadcast hardware, and the Zing Airspace Platform software used to view, manage, and act on data generated by that hardware. Specific features, availability, and compatibility vary by product and are described on the relevant product pages and in the documentation provided with your purchase.

3. Account Responsibilities

If we provide you with a customer portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services in violation of applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software, except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our products, services, or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data
• Use our detection or identification products to harass, stalk, or unlawfully surveil individuals
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our website or services

5. Hardware & Software License

Subject to these Terms, when you purchase Zing hardware you own the physical device, and Zing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the accompanying software and firmware solely to operate that hardware and access the Zing Airspace Platform for its intended purpose. You may not sublicense, resell access to, or use our software independently of Zing hardware except where a product is explicitly offered as a standalone software subscription.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing, invoicing, and payment terms for hardware purchases and software subscriptions are established in the applicable order form, quote, or purchase agreement between you and Zing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts due are payable in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice, and past-due amounts may be subject to service suspension until resolved.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly set out in a separate written warranty or agreement. Zing does not guarantee that detection or Remote ID broadcast will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will detect every aircraft in every condition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Zing Drone Delivery Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separately negotiated agreement between you and Zing specifies otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and material changes may be communicated through additional notice. Your continued use of our website, products, or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
